I'm so stuck:(!!

So if anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate;) I'm doing generals orders 3, trying to get into aren for the first time. I don't know if it's glitches, but all my paths are blocked by rocks, boxes, or soldiers!!!??? I'm suppose to go underground, but my only options are : red scorpion hideout ( way to strong), great maze ( way to strong of enemies), or dragons den with more enemies much higher lvl than me. I'm lvl 26 with 2 lvl 25 mercs! I just want to move on and progress so I get strong enuf for online play! But I've been stuck for a week now!! Plz help

General's Orders 3:
Go to Aren Village Shelter (House just outside of Aren) and then talk to Aren Villager. You will have to Kill Orc Assaults for the Underground Tunnel Map. It can be found in Aren Underground Tunnel (second section/level). After that talk to Aren Villager again.
Your Reward: EXP 7200, Gold 300, Medium Grade Ether

Thanks a lot;) but where are the Orc assaults!! All I can find are orcs, and there are only 3 or 4 at a time;( and how does one use ethers for combining??this games so cool, but lots of gaps!!

you must not be in the aren tunnels.

go to the locknus hills and in the upper left hand corner you will find a ladder leading you to the underground tunnels. there are plenty of orc assaults down there, but the map is a very rare drop so keep killin!

if there are rocks blocking it then you need to talk to the aren villager like Mangosteen mentioned. the villagers hut is in the lower left hand corner of locknus hills

I'm begining to think admin needs to check it out!! No ladder that isn't blocked off;( I've started the mission, but the rocks still block the ladder!! So frustrated! But I appreciate the help guys. Thanks a lot;)

I've tried threads and asking others for help. I've sat here for HOURS trying to find this unblocked ladder. I have indeed talked to the aren villager to start the quest. But to NO avail, this ladder everyone speeks of is still blocked:(
Now I've paid 5.99 for this game. I like this game. A lot! But something has glitched and if there's anything u can do to fix it .... Plz! I just want the path unblocked like it should be so I can fight the Orc assaults and get the map and move on. If nothing is done, than I feel sorry for anyone purchasing anymore games made by you. This isn't a hate speech, I'm just frustrated!! Plz get back to me at bluv6669@hotmail.com

jmz: Did you finish Erard's Whereabouts? (You talk to the girl, Linea, in Deuroren Inn and bring her to Aren). If you finished that, the NPC Crom should show up when you approach the ladder and will clear it for you.

Alright listen. After you are hit by the demon you are picked up by linea and taken to an inn. She waits there till you find further in information about erard. So leave the inn and there's some tasks you can do for villagers. As for generals orders he tells you to go south and speak to a guy in the house. After you have spoken to him there is a soldier/knight back in the CENTER of the city that has a bubble over his head. Speak to him and go back to linea in the INN. She will join you. NOW HEAD south again and as your walking she will leave you. The ladder that leads underground is now unblocked. Orc assaults are further in the dungeon and it's a rare item so keep killing
