-any level BUT needs to be active and lvl up.

Well whoever said that is a really big retard because our guild doesnt have very high lvls. They dont have good things and no good chars so wtf are they gonna scam with?... and we barely sell anything... almost always we are lvling or talking in guild chat... Probably some jealous bit***s that want less competition in winning event.
