Ok, I'll try and do these in order here.
Push/Pull hit- Increase Outer/Brush Back Driving Distance
Righty/Lefty Killer- Increase hit rate against Right/Left hand pitchers
Instinct- Increase extra base hit rate
Prophet- Predict pitch course at 50% rate
Scorer- Increase hit rate with runner at 3rd base
Defense- Increase defensive power
Eagle Eye- Increase one-base hit rate
Killer Ball- Increase hit rate with 4 Seam pitcher
Trainer- Increase base running speed
Slugger- Increases +2 on all Con, Pow and Eye values
Composure- Increase poor batting rate when there's no runner
Budda- Decrease maximum pitch cursor
Triumph- Increase poor batting rate when there's no runner. Says it same as Composure
Lightspeed- Increase 4 Seam Stats(except for ball speed increase)
Grinder- Increase all breaking ball stats
Left Killer/Right Killer- Increase left/right poor batting induce rate
Iron- Increase +10% pitcher maximum stamina
Veteran- Increase poor batting rate with runner at 3rd base
Set Position- Skip windup+increase pick-off runner/steal base rate
Machine- Increase all ball stats(applicable with Lightspeed/Grinder)
Golden Pitch- Increase +2 on all Pow, Loc and Edr values.
There where a few you didn't mention. Figured mines of well get them all out there.
