I can't log in IMO on deviling server won't let me in the game gets stuck on loading

When i go to log in it says : Error! Com2us Hub Login failed.

i have tried many times and re downloaded the app any ideas on what i should do ?

That pops up if you type your password wrong. (I typed mine wrong twice and it popped up)
