Question for people who reached "Master" (No Cheating)

I keep going into a vicious cycle which is pissing me off greatly. I already reach my way to rank 150-180, then I take a nose dive and lose my ranking down to 330 and work my way up again.

For some reason when I get ranked under 200, I get steel balls left and right in my matchups... Also don't get me started on the *LAG*. I swear I feel like smashing my phone against a wall because I lost of freakin LAG...

For people who reach Master FAIRLY what strategy did you do ?

1) Are you selective on who you play?
2) What uniform do you have?
3) Do you play people who are ranked 1000+ or higher?

I can understand where you are coming from but for god sakes don't smash the iphone.I got pissed of ones too and punched my iphone and now I'm waiting for a replacement from Apple.Never mind that now I have to start from scratch again and lost everything I worked for hard in this game.

i cant get to master, been playing for almost 2yrs. ive been hit by the lag, black screen, multiple steelballs. ive gotten up 2 12th, then passed by pretty fast by other players. got passed by 2 players in the last 8hrs, both got over 300pts. as far as how 2 do it. always play, look at the other guys gear, watchout for lurkers (players with stock stuff and high wp. want to play to fast.) b careful of korean players. a lot of luck.

I really think the game is rigged where once you reach under 200 ranking, you are bombarded with steel balls and skulls where your opponent gets x2 balls all day long.

Gettin to be a master anything is a long haul, at least it was for me, cuz I took the long road there.

1). I wasn't a selective player, cuz I'm an all around player.
2) I was Rollin with the martial artist w/fire bat for the longest time, cuz of the power, but now with the martial/ V vendetta mix.
3) yes, as I said in 1) , I'm an all around player.

Hey Allballz,

For me, cuz I can only speak formyself, an all around player is someone who will play any rank , any winpoint in any room except the rookie. Although I do prefer the star room to play most of my matches due to the fact that's where you show your skill and improve your skill at the same time. :) That's why I said , I had taken the long road, becuase I very much enjoy the compition that is out there. I try not to duck anybody, but I guess it depends on what kind of mood I'm in. :) I think I need to know for myself that if I'm challenged by any one , that I need to know I can hold my own and my points. Then move on to the next victim. Lol , jk. But as far as the uniform , I just recently changed to the martial/vendetta mix to try and tone down the power issue, plus the bat speed, I feel, is quicker. I had gotten the vendetta awhile ago, but I couldn't get use to it at that time, so I stuck with what worked for me. Runnin with the all martial and (earlier I meant to say old voodoo bat) old voodoo bat is a great combo for power, if your a power hitter. But I guess it all depends on how you like to play. Hope that helped answer your question.

I have to keep telling myself its only a game. But I swear when the lag happens and I get a strike which leads to me losing the game I start cursing out loud where people around me is like "WTF?" :D

Have you tried avoiding playing Asian players to minimize the effect of the server lag? It's a shame to have to play this way, as this is supposed to be an international game, but the Asian players have such a huge advantage over the rest of the world because of their proximity to the server, that if we want to be assured of a fair game, it's best to avoid the Asian players. It's too bad Come2us refuses to put a server in North America to make this a fair competition for all countries.

I tried avoiding asian players but its hard to because

1) I only play matchups whose ranking is close to where I am (150) and the time I play I can only find mostly asians that are generally in my ranking to minimize the points lost IF I lose...


On the flip side, if we DO win against asian players with the advantage that they have, it means we have crazy skillz:D
