I have an license issue where it demands me to rebuy the game. Ive tried to reinstall the game and have rebooted phone regularly aswell. All i have to do is to either get an SD card or reset the whole phone, which i DO NOT want to do.
Please help me in any way you can.

For the latest update, we have applied Google license check module, which may have prevented your access to the game.
You may have experienced a problem in one of the following cases:
1)Your OS firmware is not operating properly or your phone is an unlocked phone (if phone device either has a customizing roam or has been rooted)
2)The network has not been working properly (both 3G and Wifi)
3)Your Google check-out account information, used when purchasing, is different from the account that is currently synced in your device. In this case, we suggest you to go to settings > accounts&sync menu, and re-sync your account to the one you used when purchasing it in the Google market.
If your case does not correspond to any of the cases listed above, then please send us the type of your device, the version of the game you paid for, order number and OS version. In addition, please inform us on the network area that you make connections in as well as the type of network service (wire or wireless) you are using.
This information will help us find out what the problem is.
