There is a problem

I pitch outside and the computer keeps getting hits... when I lob the ball WAAAAAAAAAY outside it become a hittable strike and when I just random hit the pitch buttons ANYTHING mught happen... USUALLY it is a pop out or ground out


PLEASE explain
