It's a load of crap lol. 900k for an account with Shield IV and FSIV is bull. Especially when he said he used the skillbooks on a level 9.

I believe Shield IV cannot be used on a BF1 Character. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Actually, the IMO wiki says it's level 8 so there's no reason why he wouldn't be able to use it.

Wiki isn't 100% trustable. I remember hearing Shield IV was for level 16. Not saying I'm right or you're wrong, I just don't trust something I only see on the Wiki.
