Just for the record since there is naught else about him posted in any threads, and I've not seen him posted on any other lists. This guy is a walking death pitcher. By that I don't mean he walks batters either. 7 full games played for me, still has not allowed a run. I wish I hasn't let him sit so long. I got him part way through season 2, but didn't throw him in till 1/3 in to season 3. Shocking to me to find 0 about him in posts. Granted he is a GP plat version so his stats are a bit over the usual, but dude, this guy has been a monster for me. Don't let him slip by you without at least giving him a legit try. Mine goes 107/93/102 gp/vet/and some other thing I can't remember, but whatever. You heard it here. Don't overlook Price at your own peril.

Dam, I appreciate the info so much but why are all my cards so low in NUMBERS. I had him and combined him away! I know I had a Platinum of him. I shake my head in discuss over my inept ability to 'know' what cards are best or that I should keep. I will try to get another David Price pronto! I did just get my very 1st Platinum Evan Longoria C/B 112/87/83 Prophet/RKiller/Killball Leveled to 4 and I still am holding onto my Platinum B.J.Upton A/B 91/95/74 Slugger/LKiller/Scorer Leveled to 4.
Are you both saying that you got the card with those stats or that its Leveled up to those stats? Actually, I live in S.Florida and go to the Trop to watch my Yankees when they come to town and D.Price is a good pitcher really. Amazing what that team does with such a small payroll. I was blown away by the way they pulled the trigger on a VERY young Evan Longoria but I have to say, that was smart. Very smart to lock him up for 7 years like that.

That's his L7 stats. I still have 13 magic presto level-upo cards in my bank but will have to use them sparingly since I will not spend another red cent on this game..... probably.

My hero slugger a/b upton was the first really good card I got in this game, so he still has a special place in my heart. Still got him too, but more out of sentimentality than use. A plat slugger a/b version though, would fit right in and get immediately played since much as I like my rare Ichiro a/a, a .318 batting average just doesn't cut it when the average is more like .420. By the way Gonzales and Tiexiera float around .490, but last years hero, my .500 batting hero Bautista card has hit the skids and now hits .370. He still has a knack for homers and is 3rd overal so he stays in the order.

Yeah, those poor Yankees. Maybe we should pass the hat and give them a few buck to help them out. I do hate to see a team like that not be viable due simply to 'a lack of cash'. Lol
