Unable to Update the game

To whom it may concern

I have been trying very hard to update the game on my phone be it with Wifi or my 3g network but i cant seems to update it

i am always getting the "the patch is incomplete.please end game and try again"
I tried to uninstall game and reinstall but the issue is never solved

if this carry on i guess i will not play the game anymore =\

Does anybody know a solution for this, or at the very least the cause?
I know a lot of people are complaining about this and I always get this when I'm downloading updates. The only thing I can do is wait it out but it takes a looooong time sometimes even a whole week :(
