I cannot add friends

I don't see "add friends" icon even after completing "Visit Ahri quest".

I know it is because in the first time I visit Ahri I WATERED 5 times without harvesting lol...
But can you fix it?

So instead of harvesting crops you watered her crops so the quest wasn't completed?
If that's the case, then you eithe rmust wait 24 hours, then it'll let you go to ahris island again, then make sure you do her crops. OR if you can't wait, get someone else to add you, accept their friend request, and then harvest their crops and then it'll actually let you add people.
But until then, atleast you can still accept friend requests.

That exact thing happened to my sister, so I just used my account to add her so she harvested my crops and all was good

I waited 24hours and completed harvesting.
But I still don't see friend add button yet.

Oh darn. I need to complete "Plant Orange Tree" quest as well as "Visit Ahri", seems.
Anyway this is highly misleading...
