Unable to Identify Account

When I try to log in to my account in Homerun Battle 2, it tries to connect for about 10 seconds, then says "Unable to Identify Account". Please help!

I get the same thing...and its kinda pissing me off.They don't even reply back to you for help when you email them neither

been having this issue. But only on my phone. i log into my account, then when it says pick a nick name i enter my current nickname says has to be 4-10 character which it is. Cant play the game. Any way to fix this?
