Fairy powder from jeweller

I have been told by the jeweller that he has given me the fairy poser to give to the rock in order to get to Reania. In the quest log it states that I do not have the powder. Is this a bug in the new version? I can get no further in the game

I am having the same problem. I check my quest log and it says 0/1 fairy powder. Help please

It says 0/1 Fairy Powder because you haven't used it yet. Check your quest inventory as Mikki said

Then how do you use it. I go up to the rock but nothing happens..
