Reading up on some of the features for IMO.
I noticed there were guilds.

Any requirements to make a guild?
Any features for being in a guild?

In the beta there weren't any (apparently) requirements.
As far as the features go, it's the normal features any guild in any MMO has: the social features, wars, parties, etc.
