Creation Point Reset And Server Question

Is there any way to redistribute the creation points? Say like a itunes store purchace?

Secondly is there any way we can get a list of availible servers and the locations of them so we can choose one closest to us for lowest ping and better network connection?

You can do can buy an "Oblivion Potion" from the Secretphantom Merchant above Woody-Wordy Village's fountain.

This potion resets your skills, but not your stat points.

However, you can always create a new character and distribute your points again!
