Selecting Other Party Members

Is the only way to select other party members for healing by clicking on the physical person?

The party menu on the left side isnt clickable right? (I tried, just want to confirm in case it has a small box).

Could we make it clickable? It would make healing a lot easier when the tank is mobbed and there are others taking damage.
