You won't find it. At all. At least not yet. It does not sell in shops, and the monsters that drop it (im pretty sure) are at least level 20+.

And if you do see it, expect to see it at least at a price of 20k+ depending on the difficulty and rareness of the drop.

Yes, there are. That map you mention is only showing one continent. At level 15 you are expected to move on to main land (aka another continent).
