Mage Weapons

Why can I not buy mage weapons other than the second, it will not show me the prices for all of them after the level 10+ staff and also will not let me buy them.

What's up with this? Is it just me or is it others as well?

On closer inspection, all weapons past level 10 seem to have this issue..
