You speaking of stats or skills? It all depends on preference. Some people like to go all damage, some people like to focus on healing, some people like to do a bit of crowd control, and others like to be a jack of all trades, master of none. There is no set way you have to build your character and if you feel you made a mistake you can always redo your skills, but not your stats.

I mistakenly wasted one skill point on poison n had my poison book skill bought until level 3. Currently on FS lvl3, shield lvl 2, ice level 2, heal lvl 2 and poison level 1. I'm kinda regret on activating my poison skill at level 1. Is there any chance to revert it, since I feel poison is kinda weak skill. Is poison skill worth for investing?

You can go to town and talk to the merchant behind the fountain. There is sold an item called "Potion of Obvlivion" that is around 11k and will reset all your skill points to re-distribute (no need to re-read all books)

whats the difference between firebolt at 10 and flare at 15? they do the same damage, does flare just attack right away, instead of having to wait half a second before the spell actually does damage?
