yea sure but i found only the weopan guy and he has only 1 armor part

try to get starters pack and u will be able to see black trader at the center of the city .Its kind of an auction house.

Most items I've seen were as drops off monsters

Most of the other armor slots I've found were from quests from NPCs. Collecting leather, gave me gloves, collecting tail hair gave me mittens, etc.
