i had bought the starter pack...went to double click the starter pack to put it in my bags..but nothing happened after like 5 mins so i close app and start it up again, same thing happens(little circle going around like its loading but nothing is happening but stuff in the background is still going).
so i restart my ipod to see if that would work...nope same thing. I tried it on my other characters too but same thing still happens. :( i have tried it over and over lots of times. plz help!!! very frustrating

You gotta transfer it to your "purchased section" first then only transfer it to your inventory so you can use it.

YES I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE!

It's nothing about "transfer it to your "purchased section" first then only transfer it to your inventory"
Once I purchased the item, I click "Purchased" ICON, and double click the item I just got, then it's like "(little circle going around like its loading but nothing is happening but stuff in the background is still going)"
No Matter I reboot my Iphone, Re-install the APP, the problem is still there.
(Even When I Delete the App and install it again, I lost everything I just purchased, because I just can not transfer it to my inventory).
It sucks.

You have to wait for the circle to stop spinning. It takes a while.

YES, I wait for more than 1 hrs, still a loading circle there,
neither 3G and Broadband Connection works.
You may say 'there could be something wrong with ur Internet connection'

Starter pack doesn't move to the inventory.
Loading circle... Loading circle... Loading circle...
Same here! Me and my girlfriend each bought a starterpack like 30 minutes ago and it's still loading!

So it was merely a temporary server issue then. Glad to hear that it is fixed!

It's not a server issue. It's most probable your wi-fi signal dropped due to Apple's crappy bugs in 3.0 firmware or above and then the circle just kept spinning without anything happening (you have to exit app and wait till signal comes back, staying in the game wont help). It also happens when browsing the traders for example.

same here. i was able to put in my itunes password and the error comes up..
Ugh I'm just waitin for them to say something about how to fix it because I want thosetrader tickets!!!

Those getting the Sandbox error:
If you are jailbroken and have App Sync installed (Im no one to judge :p), uninstall it, uninstall IMO, restart your Idevice, reinstall IMO, log in, try again. Should work.

eh. too much work....i don't need the starter pack THAT bad lol...who knows...might not even keep the game after next week heh

Ehh..not really. All you need to do is uninstall a few things :confused:
Unless you want to keep that thing installed of course.
