You have to go to the temple, but to do that you first have to kill the huge turtle on the beach and take the item he drops.

Yes, remeber that the turtle is pretty difficult to beat, so I recommend bringing a party of 4 or more. This helps if your also in a guild.

Or u can simply buy the Joma's pendant ....... Its less difficult and more safe because turtle spawn rly rarely and other guys of the party will also jump on the drop^^
