Level 10 sword > Does it exist?

I'm almost lvl 13 and I'm stuck with a lvl 7 sword and the next sword I've only seen is the canine lvl 9 sword and the long sword lvl 14, is there a level 10 sword cause I haven't seen it anywhere?

Not really a lvl 10 sword but there are swords up to lvl 50 (you can buy them at your faction's castle) in the game. And not counting the rare and drop ones.

Scroll it and with a +6 and a good crit rate it's solid. That's what I've been using.

I saw a "woody sword" in my town shop last night that was a level 10.
