I heard it was from a quest, if anyone can explain in detail about where to obtain the quest and what needs to be done that would be great :)

Get the Bulldozer's bone* by hunting Bulldozer's Brother.
Go to the mushroom forest and talk to the NPC located in the center of map to exchange it for the weapon.
The drop rare is pretty low.

Can you get the tooth from either the Bulldozer or Bulldozer Brother or does it have to be just the Brother, because the npc says to get it from Bulldozer. Also does it respawn in the same location or is it random each time?

I got my swords from Bulldozer drop in Devilang =D currently at +3 Str and only at +4 enchant!

is the stats of the canine sword fixed? and no crit?

it's starts off clean with no stats and then you can enchant it.

but u mean by using weapon enchant scroll, i can get +str +crit etc?

it's rare, but yes it happens cause my + 4 Canine Tooth currently gives +3 Str =D
