Need desperate help

Alright, I'll try and crudely outline what happened.
I was told that the in-app purchase for the elite seal could be resolved by reinstalling the app, as gullible as I was I tried it... I was extremely upset to find out it deletes my saved file. I was at lv 58, with great weapon and great weapon upgrade and chaos items. Now I am back at square one.

Now you know my story, is there a way I can get back to my level before I deleted it... you know, cheat? I promise I only want to get back up to the stage before I deleted it.
App-makers? please help.

There is data restore in Option in Main Menu.
You have to back up your data with it before you delete your app...
We don't have the character's data if you haven't backed up your data.
Please check the data restore. That's our best in this case.
