Magic Parchment... But where?

I am desperately looking for Magic Parchment. I got this 12-slot-bag recipe which requires Magic Parchment. But I only seem to find this ingredient like once every two hours... Is there any spot where I can harvest like more of it? (Since I got constant storage problems, I really would like to make this bigger bag.)

I happened to find Magic parchment quite often just east of Crene. I mostly get them from the ostrich.
