connection problem

I've got a character "Elrail"(lvl 12) who is locked in game at windstorm battlefield, i can't connect him for 5 days. Please can sby help me. Thanks for answering.

Hi there...
I have the same problem here... i can't connect in to the game, always get cut at the title screen (the with the song)... i started become like that since i try to buy some stuff from the purchase thing in the menu... after that i can't connect to the game... it happen yesterday... by the way my char's name "Nacht" (lvl 7)... sorry for my poor english. Thx for the help...
