*Important* White Screen issue!

Anyone who's experiencing white screen issue.

I have great news for those who still did not figure out way of white screen :)
I found a solution.
Go to Settings/General/International and then selecting your region format,

Mine was set to the US although I am in Canada.
So by selecting Canada for my region format mine worked.

Although from the because of several erase / reinstall process my game data was all gone >:(
