ok so i got a canine tooth of madness sword and i want to make it get blue letters on its name so it shows up like this CANINE TOOTH OF MADNESS

You can't. You have to get one already like that. It'll have Str, dex or both.

Get one and use Magical Blue Ink , dropped from BIGMAMA.

The blue writing is the rarity. If you have STR or DEX on it (which is random), you will see blue writing; no stat - black writing

ok thxs i just wanted to do it on mine since i cant afford to buy one thats like that already
