I have been playing this fun game for a week or two I think. I am still trying to figure out the advantage of Power over contact, or otherwise.

Any good player wants to give me an idea, what's advantage of more power or more contact. Website and Help didn't explain much about it either, and I used my gold ball on Martial Art suit, so couldn't get the DeMarini M2M 2010 to find out. (Please don't tell me to spend more money, I already DID!! hehe...)

I figure if you have less power and more contact, when in match game, you will get more hits.(cause balls fly less distance, and ur game play could be faster) I don't know if that's a fact. However, I did some reading, and found out DannyShun & Ronman, their gears seems to be focus on more power...I wonder why... Please help, thanks

I think you've already known the effect of high power. The more power you have, the further the ball will fly. Anyone who hasn't completed the mission 'Moon Shooter' should boost his power.

To be honest, I still don't know the exact effect of high contact, even though I tried to figure it out with the help of others. I'd like to have a uniform with 100/0 and another with 0/100 (power/contact) in the next update so that I can test, or the programers shed light on the question.

My highest power can go up to 98, meaning I can get monster shots over 600 without any difficulties. But when it comes to matchup games, I think it's just a waste of time. Now, I try to balance between power and contact, so that the ball won't fly too high and miss the board, and even if I get monster shots, they usually arrive at 505-520.

So DannyShan...why is this 15 dollars suit + 20 dollars bat combo works great? What's the actual advantages over a gold ball suits?
I am really hesitate to spend 20$ more. If it doesn't work well for me, then I am screwed. hahaha...

By the way, I did get Moon Shooter quest, it's not hard when your power over 83. Hope I can get that M2M suit soon, so I can tell you what I think of it.

The CF4ST ($20) has 85/51 and the Voodoo Black ($15) has 83/53. I don't think there is a significant difference between the two, except the looks.

I have these two outfits. But right now, I am wearing the Martial Artist plus the Frost bat (75/59). Though my combo is two points less than the CF4ST or the Voodoo Black, I find it easy to get crashes and monster shots usually arrive at around 520. You must experiment different combos so that you can figure out which one is good to your style.

I believe good anticipation of the pitch track is much more essential to win a game.

I must agree with danny on the pitch track. I myself find it easier to know your pitches as they come, along with whatever uniform combo you put together that suits you. Good call danny. :)

Could someone give me an answer as to what pitch track is in this game? How does it work and how do you do it? Thank you for responding...

When a pitcher throws a ball, you can quickly identify what it is..the track could be a fast ball or curve ball or even a fork ball (the ball will go high up in the air and comes down in the end)...that's a pitch track.
