Collect Letters?

I have no idea how to collect letters?

It is one of the official rules of the ZR contest. But when I touch the letter (ex, on the right side of the road), what I can see the movement of the zombie.

I understand that the wording is quite confusing.
"Collect", here, doesn't literally mean to collect. It means to go and pass by the signs with alphabets on them. If the letters you passed by make up a word, "Rainbow," then something will happen. :D
