City 1v1: 'S' Rating?

Hello,

Is it possible to get an 'S' rating on the final 1v1 on City?

I've beat it unscathed in every way I can think of. I've beat it without getting hit, with 100% accuracy and only headshots, w/o getting hit w/ 100% accuracy as fast as possible, what gives?

Can anyone verify what needs to be done to get an S rating?
