how do you get into the maggot cave?

im on my last hunter (cannibal maggot,) and it obviously sounds like he resides in the maggot cave. i get to the cave, and its blocked off! anyone know what i have to do to open it up?

Cannibal Maggot is actually in the aren underground prison in the bottom right corner of some map in there.

How do u get into the underground prison? I've completed the mission and I'm now up to we're you have to get these things from devils to give to garnel after he lets u use the teleportr thingy. Are u sure it's in aren?
