I had written an email but have not heard back so I am going to post here and hopefully get some help.
Im not very happy at the moment. Ive spent a fair amount of money on this game and played the entire season to get to the playoffs. Once I made it to the playoffs, the game wouldn't play, kept crashing instantly. Looking through the forums(iphone section), I see that others have had this issue. I was forced to remove the program to try again. The program now loads but NOTHING is saved. Everything is gone. This shouldn't happen to a game that accepts money. I paid to have ads removed and to get over 225,000 Pts. I also had over 5000 Inning Jump cards and an amazing roster I had built up (Great Gold Players/Cheerleader/Coaches for my team). This isnt acceptable. You accept money for the game but dont store game data?
I really hope you all can do something about this.

So after a WEEK I get a reply to my email telling me they can not help me because I should have waited on Technical Support. That is total bs. Technical Support shouldnt take a week+ to reply to issues. The game wouldnt even load, it would just crash. There was nothing I could do about a broken game.

After a month, I was refunded. So all is well. I actually used the money I was refunded and spent it back on the game. Hopefully they can get the play-offs working as their reply to my refund was "the game ends at play-offs".
