possible port to Android Honeycomb ?

I have Tower Defense: Lost Earth, on my IPad 1, so far it's been my most played game on my IPad and I have many games on it. I would like to know how difficult would it be to port this game over to Android Tablet form?
Would it make sense to even concider such a port? I think it would!

Does anyone disagree or agree with such a request?

I'd be willing to bet that whomever plays this TD game on the IPad and has an Android Honeycomb Tablet, wouldn't mind shelling out maybe $10.00 bucks for it ! I know I would invest that much so it could entice the developer into doing a port.
