BUG: Drop Rate

Hello everyone. This game is great but there is a major problem with the drop rate. I finished the game for the first time with a character that i added no additional luck to, and by the end his drop rate was something like 10%. Now i am playing it again from the beiginning and i am adding mostly luck. My drop rate is about 120% but it has no effect on what actually happens. I am not getting any more or better items on that character, and i should be getting 12 times as much!!! Please fix this! Thanks

I believe the drop rate for some items are like .2%, etc.
When multiplied with your new drop rate of 1.2, it still doesn't mean you're guaranteed a drop.
