when i'm trying to get my purchases its keep kicking me out of the game...i love this game but you should fix it.please.........give it back my 2 starter pack.

Try rebooting your iPod.

If you are trying to buy it and it kicks you out (meaning the transaction didn't complete and no money got deducted from your account) then it's just your signal dropping and I don't see what you are asking to be given. If you did buy them and the money got deducted from your account and the game kicked you out and you lost the packs then do as red said, email Com2US and make sure you give them the transaction IDs (you should get them vial mail, apple will send them a few days after purchase). Also please note you have to retrive the item you bought from the Shop -> Purchased Window after the transaction is over.

my itune card is new and i did reboot it...but it still the same...

just be patient and wait for the receipt by your email, if the receipt doesnt includes the starter pack transaction, then no money were deducted from your bank acc.
