[What to do] Platinum purchase error occurred last Friday
Hello TWOM family,
As you guys may already know, there was a major platinum purchase error last Friday.
If you were charged more or didn't receive the platinum, request a refund to iTunes store for whatever the amount youve been charged and purchase platinum again. Please refer to the following steps to request a refund.
1) After logging in to iTunes, click Manage Account, located on the bottom of the main page.
2) Click Purchase history
3) If you see a list of your purchased applications/items, click on a tiny arrow, located on the left side of Order Date of the application you want to return.
4) Click Report a Problem when you see a list categorized in each application.
5) Click Report a Problem of a corresponding application.
6) Fill out a form. (Please note that depending on your reason of requesting a refund, you may or may not be able to get a refund. Please write down a reasonable excuse for requesting a refund)
