I'm sorry but I don't agree with that statement.Of course the Koreans have an advantage cause of the server proximity.When i play against Koreans they get pitches faster then I am.The server lag is horrible to say the list and the point system is a joke.
And all the complaints here just get ignored like we the customers don't matter at all.

I for one will not buy another update unless this game is fixed so i can fully enjoy it the way I'm suppose to.
Right now because of the point ratio I sometimes have to sift around to find a suitable player to play against.And that can take anywhere from 1-2 minutes and since I play this game at night i can even find any North American players online since all I see is Koreans.
But I'm not even gonna waste my time and breath telling you about the flaws of this game cause I'm sure you are aware of them just choose not to address the issues.

As Silentdan stated, Koreans absolutely do have a server advatage over the rest of the world, as do all the Asian countries.
I believe there are 4 flaws with this game that can easily be fixed.

(1) Place a server in North America so matchup games against Asian players will be fair, and not decided by location of the server.
(2) Catch the sophisticated cheaters, the ones who use several devices, or the cheaters who start with low winpoint totals and play their way to a higher point level, only to forfeit these points to one or more devices, and ultimately these points end up with just one or two "players". Come2us has been resetting cheaters, but just the obvious ones who move up 3 points every few seconds. How about really researching some of these players to see how their points are being obtained?
(3) Fix the frustrating disconnects and "fade to black" issues which cost players points through no fault of their own.
(4) Fix the ridiculous 17:3 winpoint system and create a system that will encourage players of all ranks to play each other under a fair risk system. Several months ago, Dannyshan submitted a comprehensive winpoint proposal, that would have fixed the winpoint issues and had players of all ranks happily competing against each other. Come2us immediately rejected it. I doubt they ever even looked at it.

If these 4 issues are addressed, you will see the number of players who purchase this game go from one million to at least 3 or 4 times that, and it will be the players who will be the ones encouraging friends and family to purchase the game and Come2us will not even have to market it.
As usual, I am dumbfounded how a company that is capable of creating such a brilliant game enjoyed by thousands, can be so incompetent when it comes to business acumen and customer satisfaction.

Excellent post Ranman !!!
However they keep dodging every recommendation that we could give, they don't really care about the feedbacks, as you say they created a brilliant game but they are throwing away potential future customers. Believe me, with all the issues it has, I haven't even recommended 1 single person to buy this game, and I won't until they fix this, I'm in touch with people ALL the time, that is part of my job, so, I easily could've sold a couple hundred people in the months that I've been playing this game.

they already have our money, so they don't care if we keep playing or not.

the only way they will listen is if hundreds of people start leaving bad reviews of the game on the app stores.

new people aren't going to buy the game if they read lots of bad reviews. this would be the only motivation for com2us to improve the game, since they already have my money and yours.
