Can there be an any event about resetting the stat of characters?

In most of the games, there are many stat resetting because when people started without any knowledge, they end up with having wrong(actually not wrong but insufficient) stat.

Please notice and this and consider this little


Not asking for item for resetting but just asking for one event that can reset the character's stat

They're working on a stat reset potion, and have said so on many occasions. :3
