I only want to change the nationality of my avatar. How can I go about doing that?

Also, is there a way to purchase the full version of the game online, since I can't access the paid apps market from my country?

According to each nation's telecommunication company or device module, there is a possibility you can't see the full version of a game. For now, no way for purchasing the application is existed, unfortunately.
