Found a Bug?

By accident yesterday I've deleted Poscar's Request to get the Coral Dust + 20 Woopa Scales for the quest stone for the lighthouse afterwards I went to Kulina and he didn't ask for the quest stone anymore instead he directly asked me to bring the requirements for the angel's tear already.

I was afraif to give it to him as I might lose the items so I deleted his request as well to restart.

But by any chance has anyone encountered this and went through straight by giving him the items already and skip Poscar's Request

If you only have Kulin's request, then it would take it as you already did the part with Poscar. This probably isn't a glitch, but then again, I might not really understand what happened.

I had both Poscar's and Kulin's in my inventory but by mistake I deleted Poscar's requeste instead of the dried soil and I went back to Kulin and he told me to collect the ingredients for the Angel's tear already.

When I restart everything because I got worried I collected Poscar's request and let it remain in my inventory and I spoketo Kulin again and he told me to get the stone from Poscar therefore he still recognizes the quest till Poscar's letter is in the inventory or skips it if it gets lost in your inventory it would be a big advantage as you wouldn't lose the time to do Poscar's quest in anyway I didn't do it as I can lose the ingredients from a glitch or something.

Well I didn't do it on purpose and what I want to know is that did anyone experienced this and skipped Poscar's quest?
