Lost my inotia 4 saved file...

I had a lvl 45 saved game file, bought 230 gem package and bought quite some stuffs. I also saved my file to the server just in case, however, after accidentally deleting inotia 4 and reinstalling it, I was horrified to see that "there is no data to restore" from my game account. How can i get my saved file back? if possible
