It won't be difficult when you have lots of gems, elixirs, life pots XL, and sharp eyes to look for priest. I managed to beat the doppelganger both form at lv 98 with around +400 gems spent on elixirs, instant res and a good sword? I think even with proper strategy people will die a lot, unless you are god

Yes, I brought in a lot of Elixirs, Life Potions XL, Instant Res & the purple potion XL (I forget what it is called). For my case, it only spawn one Warrior and no Priest, so I could take down Moar easier than my replica. You just need fast fingers and make sure to stay alive.
