Hi, I recently paid some money in order to get some platinum from tapjoy.

I didn't receive the plats after making payment for an application.

It was advertised as, "Buy 1 PC or Mac game at Big Fish Games for 70% off!
Earn 1920 Platinum"

I was wondering if you could fix this for me.
