Priest-Templar skills bugged?

First of all i want to say hello to everybody.I'm rather new in this forum and i noticed that you are prety helpfull with people asking questions so first of all i'd like to say thanks,since i've had a lot of help questing with your tips etc.
Currently my heroes are Templar(main)33,Knight 33,Priest 33,(was thinking of warrior-paladin-priest in WoW language ;p),and here's my question.
Templar-The "Enchanted power" skill which is based on "Blade enchant" is supposed to stun enemies for 2 seconds when "enchanted power" is activated.I noticed that this stun never occurs,even if i have activated "Sword Grace".
Priest-The "Sacred Hammer" skill is supposed to stun enemies for 3 seconds when used.I haven't seen a stun so far,although it's at the maximum possible level.
Any opinions about these?

Im not sure about the templar skill, but about the priest skill there is a passive skill that increases the stun ratio, i have lvl 85 merc priest with both of these mwxed and the stun works.
