a minor mistake in the statement of the new winpoint system

According to the statement of the new winpoint system (the window poping up when you press 'matchup'), if the two players are not within the 1500 pts range, and one of the player with 1000 pts or less, no winpoint (including goldballs) will be awarded or deducted. However, after I intentionally lost some games and sacrificed a few pts to players with 1000 pts or less, I found out that I could still lose 17 pts to them. So I think, com2us may either delete 'deducted' in the statement or make it really 'no point will be deducted'.
