Where To Train Level 14

Where should I be training right now? Woopas arent giving much exp anymore.

Take the ride by paying 777g to NPC to bring you to Siras or Lanos plains.
There's additional quests available to do but the drops aren't that rewarding.

In my opinion Lv14 ~ 16 should continue to farm till you are rich before you proceed to the plains area.

What should I train on at the 777 ship

Crows, a fair bit to the right and up of where you start in the area, are lvl 14 or 15. Beware of the White Crow and the Ravens - they hurt. Everything goes quicker/easier in teams at this point, it seems.
