stuck, can't get to Toria

okay so im currently level 20, got 4 quests relating to going to the dwarf village, Toria.
(1)to the dwarf village
(2)delivery
(3)deliver blood sample
(4)bandit mop up

i have checked out the map available on this forum and seen the way/s to get to toria, but they all seem to be blocked by stones.

am i missing something?
or is there another way to get there?
do i have to do some side quest to open access to toria?

help please, been walking around for days.

Go the bandits house on the left (of the lady )and collect the swords and return to her.
