Anyone know which mob drops the Long Sword?

Was advised that Mutant woopa and Chief woopa drops them.
But personally got it from Chief woopa.

What's a good lvl to kill the Chief Woopa and also where is the location of the Chief at the Beach?

I had killed them consecutively for 13hours and i think i have killed more than 70 of them till date lol
